INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEM(S)
If there is an issue with a can in your order or incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve your concern.port. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM(S)
If your package arrives damaged and the contents are compromised please contact us immediately! Do not discard damaged items or packaging without emailing us pictures at the time of delivery. This proof of delivery and damage will allow us to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once verification is received we will start processing a replacement order. If your order does not arrive contact us via email and we will put a tracer on your package. You will be notified of our findings and we will work to get you your iced teas.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with any items purchased through our website you have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return. The items you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. No opened products can be returned. All items must be in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
After you have reached out to our office you will receive a Return Authorization number to write on your box. This will let both parties know we have communicated regarding a return. Please include your name, original order number, and a list of items you are returning.
REFUNDS
Once any returned items are received they will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund. If your return is approved all credits will be placed on the credit card used to purchase the items less any shipping charges. Again, shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We offer no exchanges of products once the correct items are shipped or received.
